Minnie Raghavan is Head of Legal and Corporate Secretary at Canopy, an AI-powered vehicle security startup based in Detroit and London. Canopy operates as both a subsidiary and supplier to Ford. She has built the legal function from the ground up, overseeing regulatory compliance, data privacy, intellectual property, and go-to-market strategy. She leads the anonymization strategy for Canopy’s computer vision hardware product.

In her dual role, Minnie also serves as Lead Counsel for Ford Integrated Services, a suite of connected subscription services and security offerings spanning both in-vehicle and aftermarket products. In addition, she supports corporate governance matters across Ford’s broader network of subsidiaries.

Paradoxically, Minnie is both an analog evangelist and a converted AI superuser. She has built an army of AI junior counsel, leads the AI subgroup of the Women’s General Counsel Network, and holds her AIGP certification from IAPP
