Gretchen Lyn Koehler is the Chief Strategy Officer at DRC. She possesses over twenty years of business development and marketing experience in the legal and financial services industries. At DRC, Gretchen originates and builds client relationships and leads the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive new business opportunities and enhance the firm’s market presence.

Gretchen began her career as a practicing attorney at a major international law firm and has led business development and marketing departments for a number of AmLaw-ranked firms, as well as one of the world’s largest commercial litigation finance companies. She is also an experienced entrepreneur who ran a strategic leadership consultancy serving executives within the legal industry.

Gretchen holds a B.S. in Psychology from Loyola University of Chicago and a Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in New York State. She is also a Certified Professional Coach trained in Coaching for Transformation and Parts Work Therapy.
