Lori Zancourides is a seasoned in-house legal executive with deep experience advising global, publicly traded companies on complex legal matters, including class action litigation, corporate restructurings, and crisis response. Known for her ability to translate legal complexity into clear, actionable guidance, Lori is a trusted partner who delivers strategic counsel aligned with business goals and risk tolerance. Her approach is creative, practical, and adaptable — designed to support both immediate priorities and long-term objectives in a dynamic legal and business environment.

In her current role as Associate General Counsel at Wendy’s, Lori leads a high-performing team responsible for litigation, employment law, liability claims, and legal operations, supporting the company’s expanding global footprint. Prior to joining Wendy’s, she served as in-house counsel at Scotts Miracle-Gro Company and began her legal career as an employment attorney at the global law firm now known as Squire Patton Boggs.

Lori is also involved in her community, having served from 2021 to 2024 as a Board Member and Governance Committee Chair for the Dublin Food Pantry in Dublin, Ohio. She holds a J.D. from The Ohio State University and a B.A. in Political Science and English from Capital University.
