Gabrielle Butcher is currently in the role of Review Manager at ProSearch. She has 20 years of legal experience in various fields including banking and financial services litigation, regulatory enforcement actions before the SEC, FINRA, and the PCAOB, and internal investigations; complex antitrust litigation, Hart-Scott-Rudino filings and Second Requests; FCPA investigations, and employment litigation. Gabrielle started her law career as an associate at Mayer Brown, where she was a member of the firm’s eDiscovery and records management practice and specialized in securities enforcement and antitrust matters. EDRM best practices including document preservation, collection and processing; search term methodologies; document review and production. She co-authored two chapters of the Practicing Law Institute’s eDiscovery Deskbook and has presented at several CLEs and seminars on eDiscovery issues, with particular emphasis on electronic review and production, privilege, and spoliation issues. During her tenure in the Office of Enforcement at the Consumer FinancialProtection Bureau, Gabrielle drafted and presented training sessions on Bureau-wide eDiscovery policies. Gabrielle has also facilitated numerous trainings for supervisory staff in the U.S. House of Representatives on Workplace Rights and Responsibilities. She earned her Juris Doctor from Washington & Lee University School of Law and received a Master of Laws degree in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center.
