Megan is currently Senior Counsel on Uber Technologies, Inc.'s Government Investigations & Special Matters team, where she responds to government investigations and inquiries on behalf of the company. Prior to joining Uber, Megan was an Assistant U.S. Attorney and investigated and prosecuted economic crime cases. Megan also spent time as a litigator in private practice, first with Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, where she worked primarily on white collar defense and investigations, and later with Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll PLLC, where she was part of the Securities Fraud practice group. Megan has a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and a juris doctor from the New York University School of Law. Megan is based in Washington, D.C.
