Ms. Hoffman is based in Boston and is Beacon Capital Partners’ Assistant General Counsel. Prior to joining Beacon in 2006, Ms. Hoffman practiced real estate law with the firm of Goulston & Storrs, P.C. in Boston. Ms. Hoffman’s practice focused principally on acquisitions, dispositions, real estate development, and loan transactions. Ms. Hoffman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bryn Mawr College, a Master of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of Arkansas, and a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School. She is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and is a member of the Massachusetts and Boston Bar Associations.
