Lori is an attorney with broad experience advising corporate clients in intellectual property, privacy, data security, corporate governance, and risk management.

Prior to joining Aetion, Lori advised innovative technology companies in health care and other industries as an associate at Lowenstein Sandler LLP and in general corporate practice at Ropes & Gray LLP. Lori holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University, a master’s from Trinity College Dublin, and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
