Laura Heltebran joined Hilton in January, 2017 as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, responsible for Litigation, Compliance, Privacy, Employment and Global Legal Operations. She is based in McLean at Hilton’s corporate headquarters.

Before joining Hilton and the hospitality industry, Laura spent her career in the technology sector, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of Hewlett Packard Enterprise where she lead the global legal team supporting the Enterprise Services Division. Prior to HPE she was with Computer Sciences Corporation (now DXC), where she lead the Global Transaction team, managed Employment and Litigation. Prior to CSC, Laura was with ACS/Xerox and Time Warner, Inc. She began her career at MCI Telecommunications Corporation as a commercial and employment litigator. She is a graduate of the George Mason University (B.A. 1985) where she played women’s collegiate volleyball, and George Mason University School of Law where she earned her J.D. in 1989.

Laura currently sits on the Board of Legal Services of Northern Virginia.
