Ken is a Vice President in CRA’s Forensic Services Practice. He provides litigation consulting, forensic accounting, and valuation services for both public and private companies as well as governmental agencies.

He conducts large complex investigations related to accounting irregularities, asset misappropriation, management and employee conduct, money laundering/terrorist financing, and fraudulent conveyances. He also performs analyses for dispute-related damages involving mergers and acquisitions, lost profits, business valuation disputes, breach of contract claims, complex accounting disputes, diminution in value claims, reasonable royalty, unjust enrichment, earn-outs, and indemnity claims.

Ken has served as both the testifying expert and consulting expert and has experience in a variety of industries including advertising, insurance,
transportation, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing and distribution, retail, and automotive.
