In this session, panelists will discuss how to run a high-stakes investigation and manage the messaging to internal and external constituencies -- from government raid, through the investigation process, and the defense of the private civil lawsuits that follow disclosure of the investigation by the company, or some other company in the industry. Panelists will discuss how to manage civil litigation through its various stages while a criminal investigation looms in the background, and illustrate where, when and how they can identify, contain, interrogate and disclose relevant data for optimal representation through the course of an investigation.
