Karishma Kadian is the General Counsel & Secretary of Prizeout, an adtech/fintech that allows consumers to withdraw funds from online platforms in the form of electronic gift cards, where she oversees the legal department and is a member of the executive management team. Prior to joining Prizeout, Karishma served as Corporate Counsel at Plaid, a leading fintech providing data aggregation services, which was acquired by Visa for approximately $5B. Before that, she was the General Counsel & Secretary of Quovo, a fintech providing data aggregation services, which was acquired by Plaid for approximately $200M. Karishma spent the first half of her career at Big Law and on Wall Street, focusing on M&A, securities and capital markets. Other areas of expertise include technology law, incentive compensation, and corporate governance. Karishma is a graduate of the New York University School of Law and the University of Virginia.
