Payment Terms & Online Registrations

When registering online the system will require payment at the time you complete your registration form. The only acceptable form of payment for online processing is a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). If you cannot present a valid credit card at the time of payment or require an invoice in order to obtain payment from your organization, then you may register with Jamaal Lewis at jalewis@alm.com. Customer service is available during business hours on Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (ET).
 

CPE Credit Request

You must request your CPE credits at the time of registration.
 

Exhibit / Sponsorship Registrations

Official sponsors and exhibitors of BTI will receive a special registration code for their allocated staff registration. If you have not received your code please contact us at events@alm.com.
 

Cancellation Policy

Substitutions may be sent at any time. Cancellations will be subject to a 15% administration fee and must be received in writing 30 days prior to the start of the conference for a refund. To notify us of a cancellation, please email fsarnicki@alm.com.
