Amsterdam Leadership Day

'Opportunity shrinks or expands in proportion to your courage. It’s time to dig deep and create new futures'

Global Leaders in Law is a private network designed to support general counsel as they, in turn, support their companies.

We help general counsel drive legal business initiatives, streamline and incentivize their team and, in turn, hone their departments into a clear value-add for their companies as a whole.

Businesses care about the bottom line, and the general counsel are not in the way of that. With our combination of business leadership training, and peer networking, we help the general counsel and their teams navigate the C-Suite and their business' shareholders.

The Amsterdam Leadership Day is a half-day programme to support senior in-house legal leaders and your rising talent. It incorporates personal benchmarking, exploration of what you want to achieve as a leader, where your strengths lie and where you want to invest in yourself. You will be exposed to highly experiential techniques to support your ability to be engaging and influential with those around you. All exercises are embedded with business issues and fitness metaphors – and so delegates will be challenged mentally and physically. You will leave with positive energy, new awareness and ideas you can execute immediately.
