Private Client Forum Americas will take place on February 12-14, 2023 at the luxurious Banyan Tree Mayakoba, Playa del Carmen, Mexico.


As part of your attendee registration, a bedroom will be reserved for the evenings of the conference. Should you not wish to make use of this room, please let one of the events team know at your earliest convenience to avoid charges.

Additional Nights

To book additional nights’ accommodation please email specifying that you are a part of the Private Client Forum Americas 2023 group in order to obtain preferential rates. Please note availability may be limited. Book early to avoid disappointment!

Spouse Packages

Break-out Session & Leisure Activity Selection

Approximately 2-3 weeks before the event you will be emailed a pre-event survey which asks for all details such as your choice of break-outs and leisure activities, your dinner attendance and any specific requirements you may have. It is important you fill out this survey so we have all required information so we can cater for your needs.

Dress Code

The dress code for the conference is business casual and for the evening receptions and dinners the dress code is lounge suit / cocktail dress.



If you cancel within a month of the event you will receive 50% of your ticket amount as a refund. If you cancel within two week of the event you will not be entitled to a refund.
