If the Trusts and Estates Litigation Forum cannot go ahead on 8-10 December 2021:

• You will be entitled to move your place to 2022 or you can request a full refund, if your country or locality prevents you from travelling, or should Italy prevent entry to you.
• You will be entitled to move your place to 2022 or you can request a full refund, up to a month before the event, even if the reason is solely that you are concerned for your safety in travelling. 
• You will also be entitled to swap your place with another lawyer of a similar calibre at no additional charge if you have any symptoms of illness before the Forum.
