Rebecca is a qualified attorney, having worked at Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr. Since then, she has become a certified Agile Coach, working with a range of organisations including Lipco LawforAll, Old Mutual, BP, and Cipla. Her work focuses on culture, process, and team development. She facilitates retrospectives that promote open feedback and empower teams to take ownership of their ways of working. Rebecca continues to coach individuals, particularly around cultivating a growth mindset, and is deeply engaged in the entrepreneurial space, having founded two businesses. She also has a soft spot for supporting legal professionals and continues to enjoy working closely with lawyers.
