Karen is Chief Operating Officer and acting General Counsel at Moneybox, the market-leading digital wealth manager with responsibility for the fintech’s risk, compliance, governance, customer operations, and people teams, as well as the role of company secretary. Previously, Karen was COO at Seedrs and Director of the UK Crowdfunding Association, originally having worked as a financial services lawyer with Simmons & Simmons and Barclays. She's also an active startup investor and advisor, and sits on the Board of Generation Success, a not for profit organization which connects young people of diversity to professional opportunities and industry.
