Natalie has been practising employment law for over 17 years, spending most of her legal career in Squire Patton Boggs (originally as Hammonds LLP, then Squire Sanders Hammonds and latterly as a Partner in the employment team at SPB). She joined DXC Technology in November 2019 as the Global Head of Employment Law, bringing together the Labour & Employment lawyers across DXC's 3 core regions (the Americas, EMEA and APAC). Within a few months of joining, she was part of the core global team responding to COVID-19, focused on keeping DXC's people safe.

Natalie sits on the DXC Legal Leadership Team, as well as DXC's HR Leadership Team and collaborates with all of DXC’s corporate functions on major global transformation projects. She also works closely with the Labour Relations team on matters relating to works councils and trade unions across Europe. She has been part of the team rolling out Virtual First working for almost all of DXC Technology’s 130,000+ employees in over 70 countries worldwide.

Natalie lives in Harpenden, Herts with her husband, son and Cavapoo, Archie.
