Nicola Roberts is a partner in our Litigation, Restructuring and Insolvency team in Hong Kong. She joined us in 2019 after having spent more than 10 years at another leading offshore law firm in the BVI and Jersey.
Nicola specialises in restructuring and insolvency, fraud, asset-tracing and regulatory work including sanctions. She is an experienced advocate. With more than a decade’s experience offshore, she has considerable experience of complex high value multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes. She is also experienced in contentious trust matters.
Nicola’s client list is diverse, encompassing international banks, fiduciary service providers, law and accountancy firms, ultra-high net worth individuals, insolvency office holders, funds, and Russian and US conglomerates.
