George I. Rudoy is the National Leader and Managing Director of Legal Management Consulting in BDO’s Technology & Business Transformation Services practice. George’s practice group provides Digital Transformation advice to Law Firms and Corporate Legal Departments. He works with law firms and corporations both domestically and internationally to help them solve big data and technology challenges related to business and legal operations, investigations and litigation.

Named “Champion of Technology” & “Globally Recognized” by LegalTech News and UK Cititec Magazine, George has more than 20 years of experience advising a broad spectrum of issues facing the legal industry including legal operations, applied technology, electronic discovery, knowledge management, compliance and retention of electronic records, information governance, and practice & project management.

One of the industry’s trailblazers, George has extensive experience assisting corporate clients both domestically and internationally. He has assisted clients in developing and implementation of legal operations best practices, global document preservation, collection and cross border data movement efforts to support FCPA investigations, commercial litigations, international arbitrations, and antitrust second request efforts.
George is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian, and has working proficiency of Polish.
