Jordan Toumey Razza is the Director of Litigation & Antitrust for Diageo North America, Inc. She manages North American litigation and regulatory investigations and has oversight for antitrust, the U. S. Virgin Islands, and certain supply and environmental matters. She supports the consumer care division in North America and provides counsel on high risk compliance matters. She advises global colleagues on key litigation risks and provides extensive training across the business on a variety of subjects. Jordan also supervises and coordinates all eDiscovery, as well as North America records management.
Prior to joining Diageo, Jordan was a litigator at Sullivan & Cromwell in both the DC and NY offices. Jordan has a bachelor’s degree in history and literature from Harvard University and a law degree from Duke University. In between college and law school, Jordan worked as an investigator at the Louisiana Crisis Assistance Center in New Orleans, Louisiana, a public interest law firm that provided pro bono legal services to people in all stages of the capital conviction process.
