Andy runs Legal Operations for IDEXX Laboratories, helping to enhance the lives of people, pets, and livestock. Their Legal Ops is responsible for PMO, systems, tools, processes, and analytics of all IDEXX Legal, owning workflow, CLM/AI, and eBilling. A career originally focused on Operations Finance, Andy seamlessly transitioned into Legal Operations about 6 years ago and helped stand up the well-oiled machine running today.

Originally from New Jersey, Andy escaped to Maine 18 years ago. He lives near the Mid-Coast and enjoys cooking, vinyl, concerts, reading, board games, bourbon and general nerdery.
