Karen Gally is a board and executive adviser, general counsel, corporate secretary, and inter-disciplinary team leader with 20+ years supporting global or U.S. leaders in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare. Today, she is the GC of Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, a $2.5 billion subsidiary of the Japan-based global health products conglomerate Otsuka (TYO: 4578) with ¥ 531.2 billion in annual revenue. She is also an active non-profit board member. Before joining Otsuka, Karen was a healthcare lawyer at the AmLaw 100 law firm Epstein Becker & Green.
