Julia is a 20+ year veteran of the legal industry and long-time ILTA member and volunteer. She is a certified Change Management Practitioner who has worked with firms to implement change management strategies in a variety of initiatives, from introducing new policies to redesigning job roles to driving effective adoption of new technologies. In her current role as Senior Director of Solution Adoption, she leads a team of Advisors who develop adoption strategies to ensure Intapp’s legal, consulting, and accounting clients get the most from their investment. She is a frequent speaker and author on topics related to change management and lawyer adoption of technology, and a Co-Chair of ILTA’s Women Who Lead initiative.
