Emily Bartkowicz is a certified paralegal and certified eDiscovery specialist with over 20 years of legal experience. Currently the Litigation Support Manager at Akerman LLP, she specializes in assisting clients and attorneys with a variety of eDiscovery and litigation support-related needs, including solutions consulting, forensic collection coordination, and eDiscovery lifecycle management. Previously, Emily was a litigation paralegal at the firm, specializing in mass torts and products liability. She serves as Director of Charity for Women in eDiscovery, sits on the advisory board for Broward College's Paralegal Studies program and is a champion for promoting alternative legal careers and paralegal mentorship.
