David J. Den Herder is an experienced business lawyer, specializing in complex industrial projects, corporate transactions, and operations. For nearly 20 years, David has worked in the space and satellite industry, where he has focused on space commercialization. He holds an LLM from Leiden University’s International Institute for Air and Space Law, in the Netherlands; an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business; a JD from Hofstra University; and a BA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. David currently serves as a vice president and in-house counsel for Sirius XM satellite radio, in New York City.
