Liz is General Counsel at Torii, a New York-based provider of SaaS management solutions. In this role, Liz also oversees data privacy and compliance. Prior to joining Torii, Liz was general counsel and privacy officer at Totango and NetDocuments. Liz is admitted to practice in California, Delaware, and Utah, and is registered in-house counsel in New York. Liz holds privacy and cybersecurity certifications from the Cloud Security Alliance, the International Association of Privacy Professionals, and the Professional Evaluation and Certification Board. Before moving in-house, Liz was a corporate associate at Richards, Layton & Finger focusing on complex transactional and commercial litigation in Delaware Chancery Court.
