Haile Arrindell leads Latham & Watkins’ Business Development team for the New York office. She advises local firm leadership and lawyers on strategic initiatives to attract, retain, and manage new and existing client relationships. Before joining Latham, Haile was a Product Marketing Director with Thomson Reuters, where she supported its Financial and Practice Management and Know-How portfolios to define growth opportunities and drive collaboration and co-development projects. She received a JD/MBA from the Northwestern University School of Law and Kellogg School of Management and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
