Mary Jummati is a strategic advisor with over 25 years of experience assisting global
organizations in transforming how legal work is done, with a focus on helping corporate legal
departments shift from mere cost centers to becoming valued partners of the business.
Typical client engagements involve her working closely with both legal and business executives
to assess and re-envision their approach to legal service delivery. This includes guiding clients
through every step of assessing their current state, strategic planning for the desired state, best
practice process design, vendor and enterprise software selection, resourcing strategy, and
program implementation and change management.
