Carla Sereny is a Senior Legal Counsel at Adobe Inc., where she supports product teams across Adobe’s Experience Cloud business that are building AI/ML features and products. In her role, Carla guides teams on key issues related to AI/ML, including data usage, privacy, transparency, intellectual property, and emerging regulatory requirements. Carla also supports the development of internal policies relating to AI/ML, including best practices regarding AI model training and data usage, as well as responsible use of generative AI technology.
