Kenny collaborates closely with clients to craft strategies for a wide range of adoption initiatives, including cloud technologies like iManage Work, NetDocuments, Microsoft Teams, and Copilot. He also focuses on Security Awareness compliance and fostering a thriving organizational culture. By developing and deploying customized programs, Kenny emphasizes user adoption and increased return on investment.

With a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Kenny is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and a Certified Technical Trainer. He has earned the trust of firms across the US, Canada, the UK, Europe, and Australia.

With over thirty years of combined experience as a law firm Chief Information Officer, Manager of Support & Training, and now Senior Change Management Consultant, Kenny brings a unique perspective to the challenges of introducing change in law firms. His strategic approach helps clients implement programs that allow them to focus on their business while minimizing risks to confidential, protected, and sensitive information.
