Before founding Harvey in August 2022, Winston was an attorney at O'Melveny & Myers LLP, specializing in antitrust and securities litigation. He earned his J.D. from USC Gould School of Law, where he contributed to the Southern California Law Review, and earned his Bachelor’s degree from Kenyon College.
