Emma is the firm’s Chief Operating Officer and a member of the senior leadership team sitting on the Strategic Board and Executive Committee. Recognised as a leader in her field, Emma runs the Operations Department with responsibility for Technology, Transformation & Projects, Innovation, Change Management, Operations, Risk Management and Knowledge Management. She started out her career at PwC and now draws on over 25 years’ experience from a variety of leadership roles within both professional services and corporate organisations.


Emma is also Non-Executive Chair of the Board of Modern Pentathlon GB (Olympic Sport)
