Christy Weisner is the head of the Practice Solutions function within the Practice Innovation department of Paul Hastings LLP. Christy leads strategic efforts to deploy technology, AI, and alternative talent to support timekeepers across transactional and litigation practice groups. A former litigator, she graduated from UVA Law during the '08 recession era and practiced at a large law firm in DC and NY, but quickly realized that her passions lay in the business, legal services, and technology side of the industry. She began in law firm innovation in early 2021 and now leads the AI & Practice Solutions (build and buy), Discovery Solutions, Trial Solutions, and Practice Support functions.
