Kristopher (Kris) Rossfeld is Managing Partner of FROST LLP’s Investigations, Compliance, and Privacy practice. The practice advises boards, senior executives, and companies on their most complex, sensitive, and high-stakes compliance, enforcement, and privacy matters around the world. A longtime compliance leader and in-house counsel, Rossfeld has comprehensive experience designing and leading privacy and cyber security programs and responses. He has managed major global cyber security events, including breaches of medical data, that were resolved without regulatory fines. At FROST LLP, he advises businesses and executives on a wide range of compliance and legal issues, guiding them in risk assessments and supporting them in times of crisis and investigation. In this role, he applies his extensive knowledge of antitrust, anti-corruption, cyber security, internal investigations, and privacy laws. His clients include multinational companies across a wide range of industries such as accounting, agriculture, medical devices, media and publishing, technology, real estate, and gaming and interactive entertainment. Demonstrating his commitment to the compliance sector, Rossfeld holds a CCEP certification from the Compliance Certification Board (CCB) and a CIPP designation from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) for Europe. He previously served as an advisory board member for GAN Integrity, helping to develop a strategy for compliance professionals around data-driven compliance management.
