Addison leads Crowell & Moring's cross-departmental efforts in data, analytics, and reporting. As the Director of Innovation
Analytics, he spearheads the development of the firm's first comprehensive data lakehouse, designed to be modern, scalable,
modular, and sustainable. His mission is to dismantle data silos and centralize information, creating a single, reliable source of
truth that enhances decision-making and operational efficiency across the firm. ​

Addison has over 15 years of experience in data visualization, design, and user experience (UX). Combined with over a decade of
experience in Big Law, Addison's expertise is uniquely positioned at the intersection of legal practice, business strategy, and data
analytics. Before joining Crowell & Moring, he spent seven years as a practice manager, where he honed his knowledge of legal
as a business, strategic planning, and what it is lawyers do all day. ​

Addison has a B.A. in History and Ancient Studies from St. Olaf College, a postgraduate certificate in International Trade and
Business from American University, and a certificate in User Experience (UX) Design from General Assembly.​
