Susan Gleason is the Head of Information Governance at Withers LLP. Susan is an active member of several industry associations, including ILTA, AIIM, IAPP, and ARMA, and frequently speaks at industry events on a local and international level. Susan combines a background of experience from a variety of career changes that has provided a unique skill set in gaining buy in to her Information Governance program and motivating others to get involved. She holds certifications as a Certified Information Professional (CIP), Certified Records Manager (CRM), Certified Information Governance Officer (CIGO), Information Governance Professional (IGP) and AI Governance Professional (AIGP).
