Steven DiCesare is a litigator in Hughes Hubbard & Reed’s New York office. He focuses on complex multi-jurisdictional litigation in the areas of product liability and pharmaceuticals with particular emphasis on eDiscovery, counselling clients on data preservation, collection and production and records retention issues. He has over 20 years’ experience in complex litigations involving prescription drugs, over-the-counter medicines, consumer products, asbestos and tobacco. He also has represented domestic corporations and individuals in trade secret, antitrust and various commercial disputes. Mr. DiCesare is the director of the Firm’s Practice Support group.
