Maryana Kodner leads the daily business operations for Morvillo Abramowitz Grand Iason & Anello and works closely with the firm’s Principals to execute their strategic vision. Maryana has experience in all aspects of law firm management, including finance, marketing and business development, human resources, technology, and facilities.

Maryana has worked in the legal sector for more than 20 years, having transitioned to an executive role after starting her career as a litigator at a global law firm. During that time, she has developed a deep understanding of the legal marketplace, trends in legal practice and the expectations of clients and talent.

Maryana earned her J.D. from Cornell Law School, where she was an Editor of the Law Review. She received her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, and also holds a Master of Arts from Lund University.
