Kelli Mulder is a litigation partner in Kirkland’s Chicago office whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including class and collective action lawsuits and mass tort and products liability multi-district litigation. Kelli’s practice also covers employment and other types of discrimination, data breaches, business torts, and private equity litigation. Kelli’s experience includes antitrust and competition matters, government and internal investigations, bankruptcy litigation, and regulatory proceedings. Additionally, Kelli maintains an active pro bono practice.
