Adam is a leader in pre-trial litigation in high-stakes MDL, class action, mass-tort and product liability litigations. Clients rely on Adam for his proven track record in managing complex, large-scale global litigation and his deep knowledge in information governance, data privacy, and discovery practices. With a focus on proactive solutions, Adam helps clients mitigate technology-related risks and navigate legal challenges, often preventing litigation before it even begins.

Adam represents and advises some of the world’s largest life sciences companies, financial services organizations and consumer goods organizations on litigation and information governance matters. Adam regularly provides counsel on artificial intelligence (AI) and information governance (IG), offering comprehensive guidance on drafting and revising AI policies, training, and configuration settings. Adam also supports clients with AI compliance. In addition, Adam has extensive experience with Microsoft 365 (M365), and the ever-changing universe of tools that pose challenges and risks to organizations. Widely regarded for his acumen in this space, clients turn to Adam for his “outside the box” solutions to planning, change management, end-user training, data governance and in-place discovery in the cloud environment.

Adam’s legal work is supported by his commitment to educating the bench and the bar, co-authoring and volunteering as the editorial board chair of The Electronic Discovery Institute’s Guide to Spoliation Law (6th ed.).
