Mark Brennan is Global Managing Partner for Digitalization at Hogan Lovells. A recognized thought leader, Mark has built a global technology regulatory and policy practice focused on privacy and communications, artificial intelligence, online services, and consumer protection issues. He advises clients on matters spanning legislative proposals, regulatory consultations and rulemakings, compliance and product design, and government investigations and enforcement.
