Rebecca Holdredge is the Director of Knowledge & Data Strategy at Mintz, where she leads firmwide efforts to use the firm’s knowledge, data, and AI tools more effectively in support of attorneys and clients. Sitting within the Innovation, AI, and E-Data Consulting team, she focuses on strategy, cross-departmental alignment, and practical use cases that make it easier to find, trust, and reuse the firm’s experience and work product.

With more than 20 years of law firm experience across knowledge management, innovation, pricing, and legal operations, Rebecca has led the rollout of Harvey at Mintz and is currently spearheading initiatives around the firm’s data lake, standardized matter taxonomy, and the implementation of Foundation to improve experience capture and reporting.

A former practicing attorney, Rebecca is known for bridging legal, business, and technology perspectives and for translating complex problems into phased, workable solutions that support attorney workflows and unlock more value from the firm’s knowledge and data.
