Sarah Lovequist serves as Associate Vice President, Legal Operations, at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. In this role, she advances operational excellence across core legal functions—including matter management, legal spend and e‑billing discipline, contract lifecycle management, and knowledge management—to support timely, business‑aligned outcomes. She also leads the department’s responsible AI agenda through use‑case evaluations aimed at enhancing consistency and cycle time while managing legal, regulatory, and ethical risk. Prior to AmTrust, Ms. Lovequist was Associate Director of Legal Services Delivery at a law firm, where she developed the firm’s innovation strategy through attorney education, technology enablement, and process improvement. Earlier, she practiced as a litigator before moving into legal project management with a legal services vendor, overseeing complex mass‑tort, pharmaceutical, and exposure matters. Ms. Lovequist holds a J.D. from Cleveland State University College of Law, is admitted to the Ohio Bar, and is an Accredited Legal Project Manager through the True Value Partnering Institute.
