Matt Bohn is an experienced eDiscovery attorney with more than twenty years of experience supporting complex litigation, with a particular focus on pharmaceutical and biotechnology matters. He currently serves as Senior Counsel at Amgen, a leading global biotechnology company, where he is responsible for discovery strategy across high-stakes corporate and employment litigation.
Matt earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law and is admitted to practice in Florida. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Miami.
Throughout his career, Matt has led and advised on large-scale, cross-border eDiscovery initiatives involving highly regulated data, complex custodial populations, and significant regulatory oversight. In recent years, his work has increasingly focused on the responsible and defensible use of advanced technologies, including technology-assisted review and generative AI, to improve efficiency, accuracy, and strategic insight in discovery workflows.
At Amgen, Matt partners closely with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to design discovery strategies that balance speed, defensibility, and compliance. He is actively involved in evaluating and implementing generative AI solutions for legal use cases, with an emphasis on governance, transparency, and alignment with evolving judicial and ethical standards.
