Jasmine Sims is Vice President, Legal Operations at IBM. Jasmine leads strategic planning, technology implementation, process transformation, and legal spend management for IBM’s Legal and Regulatory Affairs division. She is responsible for leading the legal department modernization, inclusive of the selection, implementation, and adoption of AI and automation capabilities.

Prior to joining IBM, Jasmine held key roles at Vanguard, leading transformation efforts in core business function operations, including Finance, Legal, and Client Services. She has extensive experience in strategy development, with a focus process design and implementation to improve and monitor business performance as tied to enterprise goals.

Jasmine earned her MBA at Duke University, an MS in Management from Wake Forest University and studied Political Science and Business at Auburn University. She holds the CFP® designation and recently completed Stanford Graduate School of Business’s Emerging COO program focused on driving innovation and operational excellence.
