Madhav is the Chief Financial Officer of FBT Gibbons and leads the accounting, tax, analysis, pricing and transformation competencies. He works closely with the firm’s senior leadership team to execute growth and profit enhancement strategies, including optimized tax structures and improved inventory realization.

Madhav is a AmLaw 50 CFO with four decades of experience in legal financial management, operations, and business development, combined with a deep background in corporate finance, financial consulting, and capital markets. He has substantive experience in large M&A transactions, deal negotiation, and post-merger integration. Throughout his decades-long career, Madhav’s tenure has been marked by a future-focused mindset grounded in financial intelligence and strategic execution. He has worked with senior management on critical initiatives which have led to revenue and profit enhancements.

In addition to his CFO responsibilities, Madhav is a highly sought-out speaker and published author whose work has appeared in The American Lawyer, Bloomberg Law, Law.com, PLI Chronicle, and Law360. He has been a speaker and panelist at top industry conferences such as Thomson COO/CFO, SXSW, LMA, MPF, Sandpiper and ARK. He is a visiting professor at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and was an adjunct professor at the Columbia Law School and University of Texas Law School. He is an ALM Intelligence Fellow.
