Prior to his current role, Sean was Discovery and Information Governance Counsel at Marsh McLennan. Before that, he served as eDiscovery Counsel at Sidley, where he honed his discovery expertise in white collar matters, commercial litigation disputes, and government enforcement actions and investigations.
