As Director of Technology Innovation at global law firm Ropes & Gray, Sergey Polak leads initiatives that leverage emerging and established technologies to enhance both the practice of law and the business of law at the firm. His role is to help drive the firm’s technological evolution, including the adoption of the latest AI technology. Sergey has been an International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) volunteer and a speaker at multiple ILTA events. His career spans nearly 30 years in information technology, with a background in enterprise IT, document management, databases, and application development. Sergey holds a BS in Computer Science.
