Pooja Lalwani is Senior Director of Onboarding & Program Development at Lighthouse, where she leads enterprise client training and development initiatives as well as cultivating a deep expertise in data migrations and modern data workflows. Based in Atlanta, she brings over a decade of experience spanning legal practice, litigation support, and legal technology operations. In her current role, Pooja oversees teams that partner with clients and outside counsel across the full discovery lifecycle. She is known for building scalable programs that address both large‑scale and highly customized matters. Pooja is a licensed attorney, a Relativity Certified Administrator, and a graduate of the University of Georgia and The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
